Juicy and Delicious Barbecued Chicken Drumsticks

Chicken drumsticks are very underrated in my opinion. You can get them for a great price and they are very tasty if prepared right. And these barbecued chicken drumsticks are perfection! They are marinated in delicious ingredients then barbecued, resulting in a perfectly juicy interior. These are so good that I may never eat my drumsticks any other way in the summer!

When summer comes in Alberta, you have to soak it all in and barbecue as much as possible. So I decided to try out barbecuing my chicken drumsticks. And it turned out so good! Barbecuing drumsticks is an absolute must, and I recommend trying any recipe that calls for it. You first sear the outside, which keeps all of the moisture inside. Which results in the most juicy and tender chicken.

These barbecued chicken drumsticks are so good that my family didn’t even need to eat it with honey. And honey is a staple when we eat chicken. But because these are so moist, juicy and absolutely flavorful there is no need for any dipping sauce. So if you are looking for a great chicken recipe that is full of flavor, this is it!

“He is despised and rejected by men, a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.”

Isaiah 53:3-5
