Prosciutto Arugula Pizza with Brie and Balsamic Glaze
Medium Pizza Crust
Double Cream Brie
(about 10 thick slices)
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place a pizza pan in the oven to heat.
Spread marinara sauce onto the pizza dough.
Place brie slices and pizza mozzarella on top.
Place the dough onto the heated pan and place in the oven for about seven minutes.
Add the prosciutto and bake for another 3-4 minutes; ensuring the pizza dough is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the arugula on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
